iNGREDIENTS:CURED WITH WATER, SALT, SUGAR, BROWN SUGAR, SODIUM PHOSPHATES, SODIUM ERYTHORBATE, SPICE EXTRACTIVES, SODIUM NITRITE, MAPLE SYRUP.
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: This ham is fully cooked. Place thawed ham, cut side down, on rack in shallow roasting pan and cover loosely with aluminum foil. You many add 8 oz. of water to pan if desired. Roast at 300 degree oven until internal temperature of meat reaches 140 degrees. Cooking time estimate: about 20 minutes per pound for 9 to 16 pound hams; 13 minutes per pound for 16 to 20 pound hams.
