TRIM PRODUCTS & SPECIALTY SMOKED PRODUCTS

On an average butcher weight hog there is approximately 15-20 lbs. of trim meat available. This may vary depending on the size of the hog and if you put some of your cuts into the trim.  If you choose more than one item we will divide your choices up evenly unless you note how you would like it divided up in the comment box below.

NOTE: If you put some of your cuts into trim this will give you more trim meat to make products. You can then select more products to be made, the online cutting instruction form will help guide you.  We will do our best to get you everything you select but we may not have enough trim meat to work with to get everything
