PORK SHOULDER STEAK OR ROAST

Pork shoulder can be cut into steaks or left as a roast. Pork steaks are cut ¾” and we put 2 steaks in a package.

Typically there is enough for 3 roasts on each shoulder of a hog. This may change depending on the size of the hog and how big you cut your roast.
