HAMBURGER – Grinding Charges Apply

All trim meat goes to hamburger or specialty products. Most common is 85% lean burger. Leaner is an extra charge. The leaner your ground beef the less you will get, because there is less fat in it. If you prefer to have your hamburger in a loafer it is only available in a 1 lb. package and extra charges apply.

Patties – 2 sizes of patties can be made. Quarter Pound Patties (40 in 10 lb. bag) or Third Pound Patties (30 in 10 lb. bag). Grinding and patty charges apply.
