At Tiefenthaler Quality Meats, we want our customers to be happy with our products and we will do what we can to make it right if you are not satisfied with your order. At Tiefenthaler’s, we know that stuff happens and things don’t always go as we want them to, so we will do what we can to fix any order discrepancies within reason. As many of our products are perishable, all food sales are final. We do not accept returns/refunds on unwanted products. Any discrepancies with your order must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
